Call OF Duty *HELP*

recently i have been having trouble getting into an online game. i sign in no problem at all after it says downloading game settings i seach for a game and then again it comes up " downloading game settings" the other day it was doing this for over an hour then the day after it was fine, i brough a new c.o.d but that done exactly the same. i have turned it on today and it is doing it again. Really Annoying, anyone have any suggestions or has this happened to you before?
