Did you try resetting the entire Internet system? That means turning off/unplugging the Modem, all computers connected, and the router, then reconnecting them all. Obvious, I know.
Assuming that doesn't work, which it probably won't, go to your wireless config page by entering your IP into the URL Bar on your internet explorer. (www.whatismyip.com)
From there, find your Wireless Security settings. Should be in Wireless > Advanced Settings, or Wireless > Security Settings, or something similar. From there, first of all, turn off the encryption if you have any running (WEP-Key, etc.). Then, make sure you're not limiting the number of connections allowed. Once you've disabled all the security, try connecting. If the PS3 is still not picked up, it's your D-Link. If not, it's just the Security. So from there try toying around with the security settings until it works.
And just FYI, the PS3 IS capable of recognizing that the Router is encrypted and then asking you to input the WEP-Key, in fact that's how my setup is.
